"Red Cliffs, Moody Skies" by Karla Nolan, pastel painting

Ah, Utah! Cannot resist that state. It lies just to the west of Colorado but has a different geographical structure. Lots of rocks, cliffs, canyons -- and a ton of sky! This was, I believe, a view from Capitol Reef. The whole family visited -- it was hot, hot, hot, and dry. Lots of clouds coming around in the afternoon. I just remember the redness of the rocks, cliffs. I loved it!

"Red Cliffs, Moody Skies" 16"x20" pastel painting framed in basic black, $960 includes s&h in N. America, Paypal preferred, click button below or write for more information
