"Torrid Sunset" by Karla Nolan, pastel painting

This painting was a humdinger to paint. A lot of fun. I saw the most glorious sunset over the front range of the Rocky Mountains from a friend's townhouse -- I stood for 20 minutes or so snapping photographs of it from beginning to end and have gotten a lot of inspiration from those photographs. The skies in the West can be incredibly dramatic -- and this painting is not even an exaggeration of the colors found here.

"Torrid Sunset", 16"x20" pastel painting on sanded board, $640 plus s&h to be determined at time of sale, contact me at KarlaNolan@gmail.com for more information, please; Paypal invoiced at time of sale, also
