This is an oil painting on canvas, 5"x11", "By the Lake". Somehow lakes have always appealed to me but I get intimidated at times by painting water. Reflections are a bit difficult, also -- but all of it is fun and that is the purpose of painting, to my way of thinking. If you overthink or stress is out, forget it!
